Change Manager

 

• With relevant SMEs from the impacted business areas, complete a collateral analysis of all current training guides, SOPs, websites, videos, FAQs etc that will need to updated or created

• Create the overall training strategy

• Plan and schedule all training sessions over UAT and before Go Live

Organize and/or develop all SOPs / User Guides and instructional videos, for both staff and students

• Lead all training

• Deliver Train the Trainer induction and training

• Support and perform end user training

• Assess training during UAT and before Go Live

• Assess content development effectiveness to enhance training content as needed.

• Organize attendance reports, training evaluation/results metrics

• Evaluate and ensure user readiness

• Deliver other Change Tasks as directed including workshop facilitation, student journey mapping, staff engagement presentations, creation of multimedia communication artefacts, creating user stories, and help build change leadership capabilities in the areas being impacted by change. Teamwork

• Work with broader Change and ePMO team to raise and coordinate impacts to end users to minimize change saturation and fatigue

• Contribute to Change teams broader change capability strategy and initiatives

• Build a strong working relationship with all stakeholders

• Stakeholder management – work with both leadership and subject matter experts to build a holistic view of the organization’s change program/activity.

• Drive the case for business change in alignment with the organizational strategy, seeking to priorities efforts based on their benefit to Swinburne.
