Job Description:
- Perform market analysis and research on competition, products and bring in fresh ideas.
- Support the marketing team in daily administrative tasks.
- Assist in marketing and advertising promotional activities e.g., social media, direct mail, and web postings.
- Assist marketing team in keeping presentations decks & marketing collaterals updated, maintaining version control.
- Help distribute & send marketing materials whenever needed and assist in day-to-day interactions with Chapters.
- Manage and update customer database lists, for planning e-mail campaigns and customer relationship management systems (CRM).
- Support organize marketing activities on a day-to-day basis.
- Analyse quantitative and qualitative data from marketing campaigns and bring insights to future campaigns.
- Backlinking generation, Meta tags & Tags building on blogs and content, Directory registration for SEO purpose.
- Build URL for campaigns and & support test campaigns before launch.
- Support planning day wise campaign calendar for Month & Quarter.
- Surf relevant topic related key words and ensure the keywords are used in the blog or content being generated.
- Social media accounts handling and planning more engagement posts for specific products posts.
- Track Engagement levels on each post and ensure we design future posts basis the posts which have higher engagement rates.
