Ajit Stephen is passionate, grounded and balanced on technology and management. He is as much at ease in strategy sessions as in deep-dive of program and design workshops.
Over the last 20 years, Ajit has worked at Capgemini, Infosys, TPI and AF Ferguson serving premium customers like ANZ Bank, Bank of America, Development Bank of Singapore, National Australia Bank, Sovereign Insurance, QBE Insurance, Coles, Australia Post, New Zealand Post and NSW Government. He is respected for his business understanding of banking & insurance and has successfully delivered numerous mission-critical programs across Australia, New Zealand, Asia Pacific, Middle East and India. In recent years, Ajit has setup and managed high-performance teams in emerging domains like Digital, Cloud and DevOps with an impeccable track-record around customer satisfaction. In 2015, he successfully led one of Australia’s first core-system insurance modernisation program completely designed and architected on an AWS cloud platform.
Ajit is a chemical engineer with a post-graduation in Business Management and lives in Melbourne, Australia.
Alok is customer and business focused technology executive, driven by a passion to enable better business outcomes with improved technology. He has helped global Fortune organisations shape their technology roadmaps and worked with executive sponsors to ensure success of transformational initiatives.
Over the last 19 years, he has held senior executive roles with Capgemini, SAP AG, HCL, Tech Mahindra across New Zealand, Australia and India. He has led many successful engagements working for global clients in banking, insurance, retail & CPG, manufacturing, pharmaceuticals and diversified business groups. He has led large portfolio and engagements for premier customers including Mercedes-Benz, General Motors, Sharp Corporation, Fonterra, Merck, ANZ Bank, Westpac, State Bank of India, BNP Paribas and AIG. His skills are spread across technology portfolio management, transformation program assurance, vendor & partner governance, managed technology services and software channel management.
Alok is a finance graduate with a post-graduation in Business Management and lives in Auckland, New Zealand.
He carries more than 15 years’ experience primarily in banking, insurance and wealth domain with path-breaking assignments in digital and cloud technologies since 2012. He has worked for Capgemini, Infosys, Persistent Systems and Accenture across Australia, America, Singapore and India. He has led large portfolio and engagements for premier customers including Intel, AT&T, Brocade Communications, Mirapoint Software, Bank of America, ANZ Bank, National Australia Bank, AIA and QIC. His specialisation is spread across a gamut of modern technologies like AWS, Digital, mobile app, CX/UX, Security along with delivery models like Agile and DevOps. He has built a portfolio of certifications including Scrum Master, AWS and PMP. In his latest assignment, he set up and led a highly appreciated cloud and digital competency serving financial services clients in Australia and New Zealand region.
Manoj is an engineer in Computer Science with a post-graduation in Banking & Finance and lives in Melbourne, Australia.
Through his 17 years of technology and management experience, he has worked with high-performance, Agile, DevOps enabled teams and successfully delivered programs for leading companies around the world including several Fortune 100 list. He has led several engagements for clients like Verisign, Time Warner Cable, Cox communications, Comcast, Cablevision, Telstra, AT&T, Telenet Belgium, TD Bank Canada, CIBC Canada covering media entertainment, telecom, financial services and services industries. In recent years, he has architected strategy definition and delivery for Cloud CRM platforms on salesforce.com. A 3X certified salesforce professional with vast experience in business, solution consulting and architecture, implementation and support for salesforce based CRM solutions including AppExchange, his additional credentials include PMI certified PMP, Certified Scrum Master (CSM).
